We sent a 6-digit code to:

Your code expires in 15 minutes. No email after a minute or two? Check your spam/junk folder for a message from noreply@parisjc.edu.

Don't recognize this address or can't get into it anymore? Email techsupport@parisjc.edu.

Identity Verified Your one-time access code has been emailed to your personal email. It is valid for 60 minutes and works only once.

Open the “Step 2 of 2” email and copy the longer access code. This is not the 6-digit code you just typed.
Go to mysignins.microsoft.com
Sign in as your PJC email address
At the “Temporary Access Pass” prompt, tick “Show Temporary Access Pass” and paste the longer code (this avoids typos).
Choose Add sign-in method → Authenticator app and follow the steps to set up your new phone.

If the code expires before you finish, just start over to get a new one.
